Feelings KitHarmony is important in everyone’s life. It is directly connected with balance of our body, soul and mind. Accepting the reality of life is important for being in harmony. We should consciously accept things of our inner and outer world as they are, and then we will be able to embrace the new ones. Being in harmony is not a state of being perfect because nothing in this world can be perfect but we should always try reaching excellence in everything we do and seeking for the ideal. From a Philosophical perspective, a perfect individual is imperfect because he is different from everyone else. Harmony should not be misjudged with perfection because perfection can’t be achieved but harmony can. Harmony is a state of being full with various emotions such as satisfaction, peace, fulfilment, awareness and completeness.

Being in harmony with ourselves can be achieved by self-realization.  Try to remain happy and delighted with your achievements because achievement for every individual has a different meaning. Every experience can’t be successful sometimes it may fail but there is a learning from the failure which is a good experience to have. Set your target in life and start working for it. Every passing day will take you closer to your goal.

Accept your past and present along with the mistakes you have done because everyone does mistakes at some point of time. Appreciate your family and friends for being there in your good and bad times. Be proud of your achievement in life. Always try to listen your inner voice, what you want to do and what you don’t want to do and follow your heart if you feel doing that will make you happier. Meditation is a good for your inner peace and happiness. Meditation increases your concentrating power and provides mind relaxation.Boost Confidence and Self-Esteem

Try to move on in your life by accepting your negative qualities and imperfections. After accepting the imperfections now can try improving them one by one. Try to let things go so that good things can come in your life. Love yourself and love your body and try to make it better every day. Try spending some quiet or alone time for your own benefit. Talk to yourself and be honest with yourself about your life and life matters. A lot of people fear being alone which is not good because we have to get over our fears and insecurities. Self-realization about yourself is important because it will pump you up and make you even more satisfied and complete.
